TO USE VBA, YOU NEED DEVELOPER!

First, you need to install Developer.  

•  In the Ribbon at the top of your application, right-click on the mouse and select 'Customize the Ribbon'.  

•  Look to the right and under the Customize the Ribbon option, select 'Developer'.  

•  Select OK and it takes you back to your application (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).  

•  You will now see Developer at the top of the screen on the ribbon.

•  From now on, save all documents as macro-enabled documents
